Due to the nature of our products , and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions and wig SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension or wig purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at vodjehairs@gmail.com. If we verify and agree that the product is defective in any way, we will then exchange or replace the item.
If we do not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to you without a replacement of the product. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, lace cut, oiled sprayed or taken out of the bundle. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition it was when shipped from us. Note that using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, lace cutting, conditioning, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement if it applies.
You must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package if you feel the product is defective in any way. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified.
For your protection, we suggest that all returns be returned to us through a traceable postal carrier with a signature. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure our customers receive only the best raw and virgin hair.
